My original recipe of fried rice

Ingredients
  • a cup of cooked rice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion or 1 green onion
  • pepper(as you like)
  • 1 spoon of salt
  • bacon or pork(as you like)
  • 2 spoon of oyster sauce
  • oil
Preparation
  • slice onion or green onion
  • chop up bacon or pork into small piece
  • mix rice with egg in order to separate each pieces of rice (this is completely different from normal recipe and easy to cook, and needless so strong fire)
Equipment
  • wok or frying pan
How to cook
  1. heat wok or frying pan and put oil into pan
  2. separate each pieces of rice while stir-fry rice for few minutes
  3. put onion or green onion and bacon or pork into pan
  4. stir-fry those for few minutes
  5. add seasonings and oyster sauce into pan
  6. serve fried rice on a dish
If you want other ingredients, you may cook them in advance
