Ingredients- a cup of cooked rice
- 1 egg
- 1 onion or 1 green onion
- pepper(as you like)
- 1 spoon of salt
- bacon or pork(as you like)
- 2 spoon of oyster sauce
- oil
Preparation- slice onion or green onion
- chop up bacon or pork into small piece
- mix rice with egg in order to separate each pieces of rice (this is completely different from normal recipe and easy to cook, and needless so strong fire)
EquipmentHow to cook- heat wok or frying pan and put oil into pan
- separate each pieces of rice while stir-fry rice for few minutes
- put onion or green onion and bacon or pork into pan
- stir-fry those for few minutes
- add seasonings and oyster sauce into pan
- serve fried rice on a dish
If you want other ingredients, you may cook them in advance
